The National School of Executives
* Presentation
To ensure the technical, ethical and pedagogical follow-up of future instructors and current instructors, the France Haidong Gumdo Association has set up a National School for Executives.
This Executive School is headed by the National Technical Director, officially appointed by the World Haidong Gumdo Federation. He ensures the continuous control of knowledge and skills in order to guarantee consistency with the orientations and the technical program defined by the World Haidong Gumdo Federation.
As part of the continuous evaluation of its members, the National School of Executives has set up the system of the European Haidong Gumdo Association.
* Goals :
The Haidong Gumdo National Executive School is aimed at both:
* to those who ultimately wish to teach Haidong Gumdo.
* to those who already teach a martial discipline and who wish to offer a new one to their students
* to those who already teach Haidong Gumdo and who feel the need to improve or share their experience.
The final objective of all the cases mentioned above nevertheless remains the opening and development of sections of Haidong Gumdo in the France and Dom Tom sector.
* Organization :
For the 2020-2021 season, a France (Paris-Grand NORD) center for National School of Executives training has been set up.
* Teaching:
The supervision of the Haidong Gumdo Executive School is exclusively provided by:
- Master Han Sang Hyun – 6th Dan - Europe Manager
- Master Lee Chul Kyung – 4th Dan - Technical Director Europe
- Master Jean-François Capozzi – 4th Dan - Headmaster France,
* Pedagogy:
The educational program is mainly broken down into several parts:
- Learning fundamental pedagogical principles
- Mastery of codified technical applications
- Mastery of combat sequences
- Mastery of breathing techniques
- Cultural knowledge about Korea and martial arts in general
- Management and management of a section

*DIPLOMAS AND VALIDATION OF ACQUIRED:
Instructor learning is based primarily on continuous monitoring.
At the end of the period, a validation of acquired knowledge is put in place to certify the acquisition of methods and pedagogy.
Following this validation of acquired knowledge, a provisional authorization to teach may be granted at the end of the first year, thus allowing the student to open his own official Haidong Gumdo section in his city.
Subsequently, at the end of the course, a final test to validate the achievements of the general 1st Cycle program allows obtaining the certified instructor diploma.
These tests will be carried out in the presence of the competent authorities recognized as official delegates of the World Haidong Gumdo Federation.
* SUBMIT AN APPLICATION
We recommend that future candidates have at least the rank of 1st Dan in a martial discipline before submitting their application to our executive school.
For applicants who do not have the grade of 1st Dan in a discipline, a request for derogation must be established. It will be studied by the National Training Commission which will give its opinion on the application and will inform the applicant of the outcome of the study of the file.
Each applying instructor must:
- Submit your application file before August 20 of the current period.
- Attach a cover letter and a martial CV.
- Attach additional administrative documents (regulations and photos)

The French Association of Haidong Gumdo is the only official structure in France recognized by the World Haidong Gumdo Federation.
The WORLD Haidong Gumdo FEDERATION is the only official structure recognized by the Ministry of Sports of the Republic of Korea for the practice of the Martial Art of the traditional Korean sword.
This very high distinction attests to the official recognition of the Korean State for the creation of the original HAIDONG GUMDO by the Grand Master KIM JEONG HO, its founder and President of the WORLD Haidong Gumdo FEDERATION.
